1. Consultancy of technical solution: Technical personnel supply the corresponding equipment transformation, upgrade and other technical solutions based on user’s requirements.

2. Support of remote technology: In case of receiving a user’ request of technical support or failure report, it is required to contact this unit by telephone, network, video and other ways immediately and direct the user to settle the problem.

3. Supporting installation of equipment: It refers to field installation and debugging of new equipment and accessories.

4. Specialized training for backbones: It refers to specialized equipment training for the related personnel of final assembly factory for drilling rig, drilling company and drilling crew.

5. Failure handling of drilling field: We will dispatch our engineer to the spot to the fastest extent for handling if it is required that engineer observes, judges and settles the problem.

6. Maintenance of drilling field: It refers to maintenance, servicing, disassembly, replacement and other services for equipment being used and old equipment.

7. State evaluation of disc brake technology: It refers to inspections of using condition and parts, service life forecast and evaluation of accessories and other services related to equipment being used and old equipment.

8. Transformation and mapping of disc brake: If any intention on upgrade, transformation and accessory replacement for old equipment, we can dispatch engineer to field for field measurement and solution design.

9. Regular follow-up: We will regularly assign personnel to various oil fields and drilling crews for field inspection of equipment.

10. Rental and debugging of relevant equipment of top drive: We supply equipment rental of top drive system speciality and debugging of electric control system.

11. Supply of spare parts for petroleum equipment: We supply accessories, vulnerable parts and consumables for diverse petroleum equipment.

12. Foreign trade and overseas services: We supply import and export trade service of accessories for all kinds of petroleum equipment, technical support of overseas field technical support, etc
